1.4. Robocalling / Unsolicited Outbound Calling

Use the voice platform for robocalling, autodialers, or mass outbound marketing without explicit permission from Fidalia Networks Inc.

Engage in telemarketing practices that violate federal, provincial, or local laws (e.g., Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation – CASL, CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules).

Use voice services for high-volume outbound campaigns unless a written agreement is in place.
2. Security Responsibilities

You must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to Fidalia’s services and systems.

You are responsible for maintaining security of your systems and data, including using secure passwords and up-to-date software.
3. Resource Usage & Fair Access
To ensure equitable access for all customers:

Excessive consumption of bandwidth, voice channels, or network capacity that degrades performance for others may be subject to traffic shaping, suspension, or service modification.

Fidalia may set usage thresholds or limits depending on your service tier.
4. Enforcement and Remediation
Violations of this AUP may result in the following actions, at Fidalia’s sole discretion:

Termination of service contract
